Each ticket includes admission, drink ticket (good for one beer, margarita, or soda), raffle ticket into our prize basket, pizza and appetizers, cupcakes from Dave's Cakes, and a custom-branded Heavy Brewing pint glass. Available for $12/each before the event or $15/each on the day of the event.

• What can I expect at this event?

  At all AAWE events, you can expect a relaxed atmosphere built around one-on-one conversations. We’ll have complimentary appetizers, drinks, and desserts from local catering vendors available for you to sample. You’ll also find stylized showcases of the latest event and wedding ideas and services, such as photo booths, cake ideas, guest entertainment, attire, decor inspiration, and more. What you won’t find is the loud, high-pressure, crowded environment of traditional expos. After all, we’re here to make things less stressful for you!

• What does it cost?

  This AAWE event cost $12 per person when you register in advance (at the form above), or $15 per person at the door.

• Who can attend?

  Our events are open to anyone you’d like to bring with you! Bring your significant other, your wedding party, your mom, your friends - anyone who is helping you plan your wedding or event is welcome.

• Are there door prizes?

  Yes! Each ticket includes one entry into our raffle for a Heavy Brewing prize basket. You must be present to win a door prize, and we promise it will be worth your time to stop by and see what our events are all about!
